Residential Landlord and Tenant Law;

Landlord and Tenant Law has undergone many changes following the introduction of the Residential Tenancies Act 2004. We can advise on all aspects of the legislation, in particular; the extra obligations on the landlord and the extra protections afforded to the tenant. This Act also introduced the Private Residential Tenancies Board and it is important to be familiar with the operation and jurisdiction of the Board prior to entering/granting a residential leasehold agreement.
